የማይ ሴልስ ፕሮ (My Sales Pro) የግላዊነት መመሪያ

ሥራ ላይ የሚውልበት ቀን፦ ሚያዝያ 27 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም. (May 5, 2025)

ይህ የግላዊነት መመሪያ እኛ፣ አቡጊዳ አፕስ (በወንድምነው ስጦት ተዘጋጅቶ በባለቤትነት የተያዘ)፣ የእኛን የሞባይል መተግበሪያ ማይ ሴልስ ፕሮ ("መተግበሪያው") ሲጠቀሙ መረጃን እንዴት እንደምንሰበስብ፣ እንደምንጠቀም እና እንደምንይዝ ይገልጻል።

የማይ ሴልስ ፕሮ (My Sales Pro) የተሰኘው መተግበሪያ በጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ የንግድ ሥራዎች ለተሠማሩ ነጋዴዎች የፋይናንስ ኦዲት ሂደቶቻቸውን በዲጂታል በማድረግና በማቀላጠፍ ለማብቃት የተነደፈ የሞባይል መተግበሪያ ነው። የዕለታዊ የሽያጭ ገቢያቸውን፣ ወጪዎቻቸውን፣ የተጣራ ትርፋቸውን እና ብድራቸውን በእውነተኛ ጊዜ በመከታተል አጠቃላይ ዕለታዊ እና ወርሃዊ ሪፖርቶችን ያዘጋጃል።

መተግበሪያው የሚከተሉት ቁልፍ አገልግሎቶች አሉት፡-

  • የእቃዎን ዝርዝር መረጃ መያዝ፣
  • አንዴ ጠቅ በማድረግ ብቻ እቃዎን መሸጥ፣
  • በየቀኑ የተሸጠ እቃ ብዛት፣ የዕለት አጠቃላይ ገቢ፣ የሽያጭ ትርፍና ኪሳራ ሪፖርት ማቅረብ
  • ዱቤ ያለበትን ወይም ተመላሽ ገንዘብ ያለውን ደንበኛዎን መረጃ መያዝ
  • የተሸጠና ያልተሸጠ እቃ ብዛትና እቃው የያዘውን የገንዘብ መጠን በምድብ ማቅረብ
  • የትኛው እቃ ተፈላጊ ነው ወይም የትኛው አይፈለግም የሚለውን ትንበያ መውሰድ
  • የንግድዎን መንቀሳቀሻ ካፒታል ማሳየትና ሌሎችም

ይህ መተግበሪያ ነጋዴዎች ፋይናንሳቸውን እንዲያስተዳድሩ፣ የንግድ ሥራ አፈጻጸማቸውን እንዲያሻሽሉ እና በመረጃ ላይ የተመሠረቱ ውሳኔዎችን በቀጥታ ከሞባይል መሣሪያዎቻቸው እንዲወስኑ የሚያስችል ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀ፣ ቀልጣፋ እና በቀላሉ ተደራሽ የሆነ መተግበሪያ ነው።

መተግበሪያውን በማውረድ፣ በመድረስ ወይም በመጠቀም በዚህ መመሪያ ውስጥ በተቀመጡት የመረጃ አሰባሰብና አጠቃቀም ተስማምተዋል። በዚህ መመሪያ ካልተስማሙ እባክዎ መተግበሪያውን አይጠቀሙ።

1. የመረጃ አሰባሰብና አጠቃቀም

የእኛ ዋና ዓላማ የእርስዎን የንግድ ፋይናንስና ክምችት (stock) ደህንነቱ በተጠበቀና ውጤታማ በሆነ መንገድ እንዲያስተዳድሩ የሚያስችል መሳሪያ ማቅረብ ነው። መተግበሪያው የተለያዩ የመረጃ ዓይነቶችን በተለያዩ መንገዶች ይይዛል፦

ሀ. እርስዎ የሚያቀርቡትና በመሣሪያው ውስጥ የሚያስተዳድሩት መረጃ፦

የሚከተሉት መረጃዎች በእርስዎ በቀጥታ በመተግበሪያው ውስጥ የሚገቡ ወይም የሚፈጠሩ ሲሆኑ በመሳሪያዎ ውስጣዊ ማከማቻ (SQLite ዳታቤዝ) ላይ የሚቀመጡ ናቸው። እኛ (አቡጊዳ አፕስ / ወንድምነው ስጦት) ይህን የተለየ መረጃ በአገልጋዮቻችን (servers) ላይ አንሰበስብም፣ አንደርስበትም፣ አናስተላልፍም ወይም አናከማችም።

  • የንግድ እና የክምችት መረጃ፦ የእርስዎን ክምችትና ፋይናንስ ለማስተዳደር እርስዎ የሚያስገቡት መረጃ፤ ለምሳሌ የዕቃ ስም፣ ሞዴል፣ መጠን፣ ብዛት፣ ዋጋ፣ መግለጫዎች፣ የሽያጭ መዝገቦች፣ የወጪ መዝገቦች፣ የትርፍ/ኪሳራ ስሌቶች፣ የደንበኛ መረጃ (እርስዎ ያስገቡትን ስምና ስልክ ቁጥር የመሳሰሉ) እና የብድር ዝርዝሮች በመሣሪያው ውስጥ ይቀመጣሉ።
  • ምስሎች፦ እርስዎ ከመሳሪያዎ ካሜራ በመተግበሪያው በኩል ለማንሳት የመረጧቸው ወይም ከመሳሪያዎ ጋለሪ ውስጥ ከመረጧቸው የዕቃ ምስሎች ጋር ለማያያዝ የሚጠቀሙባቸው ምስሎች። እነዚህም ከሌሎች የእርስዎ የንግድ መረጃዎች ጋር በመሣሪያው ውስጥ ይቀመጣሉ።
  • ገቢ/ወጪ ውሂብ (Imported/Exported Data):- እርስዎ ከመሳሪያዎ ማከማቻ ወደ መተግበሪያው ለማስገባት ወይም ከመተግበሪያው ወደ ፋይል ለማስቀመጥ በመረጧቸው የCSV ወይም JSON ፋይሎች ውስጥ የሚገኙ መረጃዎችን መተግበሪያው ይህን ሂደት ያመቻቻል፤ ነገር ግን የመረጃ አያያዝ የሚጀመረውና የሚቆጣጠረው በእርስዎ ነው።

መተግበሪያው በመሣሪያው ውስጥ የተቀመጠውን የእርስዎን መረጃ እንዴት ይጠቀማል፦

መተግበሪያው ይህን መረጃ በእርስዎ መሣሪያ ላይ ብቻ ለሚከተሉት ዓላማዎች ይጠቀማል፦

  • ዋና ተግባራቱን ለማከናወን፦ የክምችት አስተዳደር (መመዝገብ፣ ማንበብ፣ ማዘመን፣ መሰረዝ)፣ የፋይናንስ ክትትል፣ ሪፖርት ማድረግ እና እርስዎ ያስገቡትን የደንበኛ መረጃ ማሳየት።
  • በመተግበሪያው ውስጥ ከእርስዎ የዕቃ ዝርዝር ጋር የተያያዙ ምስሎችን ለማሳየት።
  • የእርስዎን የንግድ መረጃ ወደ ፋይል ላይ ለማስቀመጥ ወይም ከፋይል ወደ ለማስገባት እንዲችሉ።

ለ. ለመተግበሪያ ማሻሻያ፣ ተግባራዊነት እና ማስታወቂያዎች በራስ-ሰር የሚሰበሰቡ መረጃዎች፦

መተግበሪያውን ለማሻሻል፣ የተረጋጋ መሆኑን ለማረጋገጥ እና ነጻውን ስሪት በማስታወቂያ ለመደገፍ፣ የተወሰኑ መረጃዎችን በራስ-ሰር የሚሰበስቡ የሶስተኛ ወገን አገልግሎቶችን እንጠቀማለን። ይህ መረጃ በአብዛኛው ተደምሮ የቀረበ ወይም ማንነትን የማይገልጽ ሲሆን ከመተግበሪያ አጠቃቀምና ከመሣሪያ ባህሪያት ጋር የተያያዘ ነው፦

·         የአጠቃቀም ውሂብ (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics):- ከመተግበሪያው ጋር እንዴት እንደሚገናኙ የሚገልጽ መረጃ፤ ለምሳሌ የተጠቀሟቸው ባህሪያት፣ የታዩ ገጾች፣ በመተግበሪያው ላይ ያሳለፉት ጊዜ እና የተጫኗቸው አዝራሮች። ይህ የአጠቃቀም ዘይቤዎችን እንድንረዳና የመተግበሪያውን ልምድ እንድናሻሽል ይረዳናል።

·         የመሳሪያ መረጃ (Analytics, Crashlytics, Ad Networks):- ስለ እርስዎ መሣሪያ የሚገልጽ መረጃ፤ ለምሳሌ ሞዴል፣ የስርዓተ ክወና ስሪት፣ ልዩ የመሣሪያ መለያዎች (እንደ ማስታወቂያ ለግል ለማበጀት የሚያገለግለው የማስታወቂያ መለያ (Advertising ID)) እና የሞባይል አውታረ መረብ መረጃ መተግበሪያውን ለማሻሻል እንሰበስባለን።

·         የብልሽት ውሂብ (Firebase Crashlytics):- መተግበሪያው ከተበላሸ (crash)፣ ይህ አገልግሎት ችግሩን ለመመርመርና ለማስተካከል እንዲረዳን መረጃ ይሰበስባል። ይህም የብልሽት ጊዜ፣ የመሣሪያ ሁኔታ፣ የስርዓተ ክወና ስሪት፣ የመሣሪያ አይነት እና ቴክኒካዊ የብልሽት መዝገቦችን (stack traces) ያካትታል።

በራስ-ሰር የተሰበሰበውን መረጃ እንዴት እንጠቀማለን፦

·         የመተግበሪያ አጠቃቀምን ለመተንተንና የማሻሻያ ቦታዎችን ለመለየት።

·         የመተግበሪያውን መረጋጋት ለመቆጣጠር፣ ስህተቶችን ለመመርመር እና ለማስተካከል።

·         በመተግበሪያው ነጻ ስሪት ውስጥ ማስታወቂያዎችን ለማሳየት (ወደ ፕሪሚየም ስሪት ከተመዘገቡ ይህ ተግባር ይቆማል።) የሶስተኛ ወገን የማስታወቂያ አውታረ መረቦች እንደ የማስታወቂያ መለያ ያሉ መለያዎችን በመጠቀም ተዛማጅነት ያላቸውን ማስታወቂያዎች ለማሳየት ይሞክራል።

2. በመተግበሪያው የሚጠየቁ ፈቃዶች

መተግበሪያው የሚከተሉትን ፈቃዶች የሚጠይቀው በእርስዎ መሣሪያ ላይ እርስዎ ለሚጀምሯቸው የተወሰኑ ተግባራት ብቻ ነው። በእነዚህ ፈቃዶች አማካኝነት የሚደረስባቸው መረጃዎች በመሣሪያው ውስጥ የሚከናወኑ ሲሆኑ በእኛ አይሰበሰቡም ወይም አይተላለፉም፦

·         ካሜራ፦ የእርስዎን የዕቃ ምስሎች በቀጥታ በመተግበሪያው ውስጥ ለማከማቸት እንዲያነሱ ለማስቻል፤

·         ማከማቻ (ማንበብ/መጻፍ)፦ ከእርስዎ ጋለሪ ውስጥ ያሉትን ነባር ምስሎች ለዕቃዎች እንዲመርጡ እና የእርስዎን የንግድ መረጃ በCSV ወይም JSON ፋይሎች መልክ ከ/ወደ እርስዎ መሣሪያ ማከማቻ ለማስገባት/ለመላክ ለማስቻል፤

·         የስልክ ጥሪዎች (መጀመር)፦ በመተግበሪያው ውስጥ ላስቀመጡት ደንበኛ የስልክ ቁጥር ላይ በመጫን የእርስዎ ስልክ ነባሪ መደወያ መተግበሪያ ቁጥሩን አስቀድሞ ሞልቶ እንዲከፍት ለማስቻል። መተግበሪያው ይህን እርምጃ ብቻ ይጀምራል፤ የእርስዎን የጥሪ መዝገቦች አይደርስበትም ወይም ጥሪዎችን አይቀዳም።

·         ማሳወቂያዎች፦ በመተግበሪያው ውስጥ ስላለው የእርስዎ እንቅስቃሴ (ለምሳሌ፣ የተሳካ ሽያጭ ማከናዎንዎን ለማረጋገጥ) በእርስዎ መሣሪያ ላይ የአካባቢ ማሳወቂያዎችን ለማሳየት። እነዚህ በእርስዎ እርምጃዎች ላይ ተመስርተው በመተግበሪያው የሚመነጩ ሲሆኑ በእኛ የሚላኩ የርቀት (push) ማሳወቂያዎች አይደሉም።

3. የመረጃ መጋራትና ይፋ ማድረግ

የእርስዎን የግል መረጃ ለማንም አሳልፈን አንሰጥም፤ አንሸጥም።

·         በመሣሪያው ውስጥ የተቀመጠ መረጃ፦ በመተግበሪያው ውስጥ የተከማቸው የእርስዎ ዋና የንግድ መረጃ፣ ምስሎች እና የደንበኛ መረጃ በእኛ ከማንኛውም ሶስተኛ ወገን ጋር አይጋራም። መጋራት የሚከሰተው እርስዎ የመተግበሪያውን የመላክ (export) ተግባር በግልጽ ከተጠቀሙ ወይም መረጃውን ከመተግበሪያው ውጭ ለማጋራት ከመረጡ ብቻ ነው።

·         የሶስተኛ ወገን አገልግሎት አቅራቢዎች፦ በራስ-ሰር የተሰበሰበውን መረጃ (የአጠቃቀም ውሂብ፣ የመሣሪያ መረጃ፣ የብልሽት ውሂብ) ለተገለጹት ዓላማዎች ብቻ ከሚከተሉት የታመኑ የሶስተኛ ወገን አገልግሎቶች ጋር እናጋራለን፦

·         Google Analytics እና Firebase Analytics፦ የመተግበሪያ አጠቃቀምን ለመተንተን። (የጉግል የግላዊነት ፖሊሲን ይመልከቱ፦ https://policies.google.com/privacy፣ የፋየርቤዝ ግላዊነት፦ https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy)

·         Firebase Crashlytics፦ ለብልሽት ሪፖርት እና የመረጋጋት ትንተና። (ከላይ ያለውን የፋየርቤዝ ግላዊነት ሊንክ ይመልከቱ)

·         የማስታወቂያ አጋሮች (ለምሳሌ Google AdMob):- በነጻው ስሪት ውስጥ ማስታወቂያዎችን ለማሳየት። እነዚህ አጋሮች ለግል የተበጁ ማስታወቂያዎችን ለማቅረብ የመሣሪያ መለያዎችን እና የአጠቃቀም መረጃዎችን ሊሰበስቡ ይችላሉ። (የጉግል የማስታወቂያ ፖሊሲዎችን ይመልከቱ፦ https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads) እነዚህ ሶስተኛ ወገኖች የእርስዎን መረጃ በየራሳቸው የግላዊነት ፖሊሲዎች መሠረት የመጠበቅ ግዴታ አለባቸው። ፖሊሲዎቻቸውን እንዲገመግሙ እናበረታታዎታለን።

·         የህግ መስፈርቶች፦ በህግ ከተጠየቅን ወይም ከህዝብ ባለስልጣናት (ለምሳሌ፣ ፍርድ ቤት ወይም የመንግስት ኤጀንሲ) ለሚቀርቡ ትክክለኛ ጥያቄዎች ምላሽ ለመስጠት መረጃን ልንገልጽ እንችላለን።

·         የንግድ ዝውውሮች፦ አቡጊዳ አፕስ ወይም አብዛኛዎቹ ንብረቶቹ ከተገዙ፣ የተጠቃሚ መረጃ (በዋነኝነት የተደመሩ የትንታኔ/ብልሽት መረጃዎች) ሊተላለፉ ከሚችሉ ንብረቶች አንዱ ሊሆን ይችላል።

4. የመረጃ ደህንነት

የእርስዎን መረጃ ደህንነት ቅድሚያ እንሰጣለን። የእርስዎ ዋና የንግድ መረጃ በእርስዎ መሣሪያ ላይ ስለሚቀመጥ ቀጥተኛ ቁጥጥር ይሰጥዎታል። እኛ በአንድሮይድ ኦፐሬቲንግ ሲስተም የደህንነት ባህሪያት ላይ እንተማመናለን እና ለመተግበሪያው ራሱ ምክንያታዊ የሆኑ ውጤቶችን እንተገብራለን። በእኛ እና በሶስተኛ ወገን አጋሮቻችን (Analytics, Crashlytics, Ads) ለሚያዙት በራስ-ሰር ለተሰበሰቡ መረጃዎች፣ በእነሱ ጠንካራ የደህንነት እርምጃዎች ላይ እንመካለን።

ሆኖም፣ እባክዎ ምንም አይነት የኤሌክትሮኒክ ማከማቻ ወይም በኢንተርኔት ላይ የሚደረግ ስርጭት 100% ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀ እንዳልሆነ ይረዱ። መረጃን ለመጠበቅ በንግድ ተቀባይነት ያላቸውን መንገዶች ለመጠቀም ብንጥርም፣ ፍጹም ደህንነቱን ማረጋገጥ አንችልም። የእርስዎ መሣሪያ ደህንነትን የመጠበቅ ሃላፊነትም የእርስዎ ነው።

5. የመረጃ ማቆየትና መሰረዝ

·         በመሣሪያው ውስጥ የተቀመጠ መረጃ፦ እርስዎ የሚያስገቡት መረጃ (ክምችት፣ ፋይናንስ፣ ምስሎች፣ ወዘተ) መተግበሪያውን እስከተጠቀሙ እና እስካልሰረዙት ድረስ በእርስዎ መሣሪያ ላይ ይቆያል። በመተግበሪያው ውስጥ የተወሰኑ መዝገቦችን መሰረዝ ይችላሉ። መተግበሪያውን ማራገፍ (Uninstalling) በአጠቃላይ ሁሉንም በመሣሪያው ውስጥ የተከማቹ የመተግበሪያ ውሂቦችን ከእርስዎ መሣሪያ ያስወግዳል።

·         በራስ-ሰር የተሰበሰበ መረጃ፦ በሶስተኛ ወገን አገልግሎቶች (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics) የተሰበሰበው መረጃ በየራሳቸው የመረጃ ማቆያ ፖሊሲዎች መሠረት ይቀመጣል። እኛ በአጠቃላይ መተግበሪያውን ለማሻሻል ለሚያስፈልጉ ጊዜያት የተደመሩ መረጃዎችን እንገመግማለን።

6. የእርስዎ ምርጫዎችና መብቶች

·         የመረጃ አስተዳደር፦ በመተግበሪያው ውስጥ የተከማቸውን የንግድ መረጃ ለመመዝገብ፣ ለመመልከት፣ ለማርትዕ እና ለመሰረዝ ሙሉ ቁጥጥር አለዎት።

·         ፈቃዶች፦ የመተግበሪያ ፈቃዶችን (ካሜራ፣ ማከማቻ፣ የስልክ ጥሪዎች) በእርስዎ መሣሪያ ቅንብሮች በኩል በማንኛውም ጊዜ ማስተዳደር ይችላሉ። ፈቃዶችን ማሰናከል የተወሰኑ የመተግበሪያ ባህሪያትን ሊገድብ ይችላል።

·         ማስታወቂያ፦ በአብዛኛው የእርስዎ መሣሪያ የማስታወቂያ መለያን ዳግም ማስጀመር ወይም በፍላጎት ላይ የተመሰረተ ማስታወቂያን በእርስዎ መሣሪያ ቅንብሮች በኩል መርጠው መውጣት ይችላሉ። ለመተግበሪያው ፕሪሚየም ስሪት መመዝገብ ማስታወቂያዎችን ያሰናክላል።

·         ትንታኔ (Analytics):- በመተግበሪያው ውስጥ ቀጥተኛ የመርጦ መውጫ ባይኖርም፣ ጉግል ተጠቃሚዎች በመረጃ አሰባሰብ ላይ ቁጥጥሮች ይሰጣል (የእርስዎን የጉግል መለያ ቅንብሮችን ይመልከቱ)።

7. የልጆች ግላዊነት

ይህ መተግበሪያ ለንግድ ሥራ አመራር ዓላማዎች የተዘጋጀ ሲሆን ለአዋቂዎች ጥቅም የታሰበ ነው። መተግበሪያው ዕድሜያቸው ከ13 ዓመት በታች ለሆኑ ግለሰቦች ወይም በእርስዎ ክልል ህጎች መሠረት ለመረጃ አያያዝ ፈቃድ ለመስጠት የሚያስፈልገው ዝቅተኛ ዕድሜ (ለምሳሌ በአንዳንድ ክልሎች በGDPR መሠረት 16) ላላቸው ግለሰቦች የተዘጋጀ አይደለም።

እኛ ከዚህ የእድሜ ገደብ በታች ከሆኑ ህጻናት የግል መረጃን (በሚመለከታቸው ህጎች እንደ በአሜሪካ የህጻናት የመስመር ላይ የግላዊነት ጥበቃ ህግ - COPPA እና GDPR እንደተገለጸው) አውቀን አንሰበስብም። እርስዎ ወላጅ ወይም አሳዳጊ ከሆኑ እና ልጅዎ ያለ እርስዎ ፈቃድ የግል መረጃ እንደሰጠን ካወቁ፣ እባክዎ ከታች ባሉት ዝርዝሮች ወዲያውኑ ያግኙን። ያለወላጅ ፈቃድ ማረጋገጫ ከህጻን የግል መረጃ እንደሰበሰብን ካወቅን፣ ያንን መረጃ ከስርዓቶቻችን በፍጥነት ለማስወገድ እርምጃዎችን እንወስዳለን።

8. በዚህ የግላዊነት መመሪያ ላይ የሚደረጉ ለውጦች

ይህን የግላዊነት መመሪያ ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ ልናዘምነው እንችላለን። ማንኛቸውም ለውጦች ሲኖሩ አዲሱን የግላዊነት መመሪያ እዚህ በመለጠፍ እና ከላይ ያለውን "ሥራ ላይ የሚውልበት ቀን" በማዘመን እናሳውቅዎታለን። እንዲሁም በመተግበሪያው ውስጥ ወይም በGoogle Play Store ዝርዝር ላይ ማስታወቂያ ልንሰጥ እንችላለን። ማንኛቸውም ለውጦች ካሉ ይህን የግላዊነት መመሪያ በየጊዜው እንዲገመግሙ ይመከራል። ለውጦቹ ሥራ ላይ ከዋሉ በኋላ መተግበሪያውን መጠቀሙን መቀጠልዎ የተሻሻለውን መመሪያ እንደተቀበሉ ያሳያል።

9. ያግኙን

"The 'My Sales' app is a mobile solution designed to empower micro and small business merchants by digitizing and streamlining their financial auditing processes. Functionally, it provides real-time tracking of daily sales revenue, expenses, net profit, and loans, generating comprehensive daily and monthly reports. Key features include: automated calculation of profits and losses, detailed stock performance analysis, secure digital storage of financial data to eliminate paper-based vulnerabilities, and user-friendly interfaces for easy data entry and report generation. ·         Imported/Exported Data: Data contained within CSV or JSON files that You choose to import into or export from the App using Your device's storage. The App facilitates this process, but the data handling is initiated and controlled by You.

·         Notifications: To display local notifications on Your device related to Your activity within the App (e.g., confirming a successful save or export). These are generated by the App locally based on Your actions and are not remote push notifications sent by Us.
